Welcome! to the Grace Church of Mentor Children's Ministry worker information site. We are excited to see how God can use you in the Children's Ministry here at GCM!
If you are interested in working with children at Grace Church of Mentor in any capacity you need to complete the following tasks whether you are a first-time applicant or a renewing applicant:
Step One: Read Documents
Note: In the application, you must verify that you have read these two documents, so please do so first before continuing.
- Please read the Guidelines and Procedures Page.
- Please read the Children’s Ministry Handbook: Newborn-Kindergarten, regardless of the age group you plan to serve.
Step Two: Complete or Renew your Application
Our policy states, "All workers over 18 years old are required to complete a Children’s Ministry Screening Application before serving in our classrooms. [The] policy and procedures documents must be reviewed annually by all workers to whom it applies."
First Time Applicants: fill out Children’s Ministries Workers Application
If you have already filled out an application, please log in as follows:
- Type the first two letters of your first name (capitalize the first letter).
- Without spaces, type in your last name (capitalize the first letter).
- Without spaces, type the last two digits of your birth year.
- For example, John Doe, born 1957. You would type JoDoe57.
Note: This will bring up your last application to (1) update any information, (2) confirm that you have re-read the policy documents, and (3) complete the confidential information portion of the screening application.
