Friday at Grace Bible Day Camp

The poor air quality in Mentor meant we needed to adjust our plans for the day, but we had a great day being inside. You might notice we mixed up the locations for our activities, but we made it work. We were sad we didn’t get to do our picnic this year, but the campers, counselors, and volunteers enjoyed a hot dog lunch instead!

The suspense was palpable before the closing program when we would find out which team scored more points for the week. The Rugged Roamers won! And of course, their celebration was very loud!

It was a great week that concluded with learning that if the Lord is your Shepherd, you can dwell in His house forever. Many of our campers memorized the whole chapter of Psalm 23 this week! For a New Testament teaching on Jesus as our Good Shepherd, read John 10.
